We’re proud that, as part of our early work on the Innovate UK Business Growth Scaleup Programme, a benchmarking survey for staff has highlighted the cultural strength already present within the business. Surveys of this type often highlight the gap between what business leaders think is happening in the organisation and how employees really feel. Our survey showed that everyone working at ISB Global has similar feelings and aspirations, a really fantastic way to kick off our work on the Scaleup Programme.
The Innovate UK Business Growth Scaleup Programme
The programme is designed to support highly innovative, ambitious, high-growth oriented companies already on their scaling journey, whose innovations or business models can disrupt an existing market, and who are establishing or already implementing their international markets strategy. High-impact engagement and early-stage outcomes can include access to finance, investment readiness or internationalisation plans.
ISB Global has completed the first quarter of its 12-month programme with the Innovate UK Business Growth Scaleup Programme, covering a range of areas including a review of our mentoring programme, improving onboarding for new starters, reviewing our recruitment processes and conducting the Culture Survey. We’re looking forward to the next stage in this tailored programme, which we know will further improve our efficiency, engage our teams and put the business in a strong position to move forward.
