The following terms and conditions shall govern your use of this site and are binding on you. Registration and Our Responsibilities

You are able to register your details with ISB, with the view of either working on internal assignments within ISB or on external assignments. For external assignments, ISB and yourself will seek to secure Client contracts. You can amend your registration details, at any stage, by contacting ISB. Certain information you provide may be combined and aggregated with other consultants' information for the purpose of providing industry intelligence without revealing any personally identifiable details.

ISB shall not alter any of your registration information without communicating this to you. Should you wish to remove your information from our files you can instruct us to do so by sending an e-mail to unsubscribe@isb-global.com.

Your responsibilities

You will endeavour to ensure the information you provide is true and up to date and accurately reflects your skills and competencies and is not misleading. You shall not use this service to distribute defamatory, obscene or hateful material, nor shall you attempt to violate the security of the website. You shall ensure that you have received any appropriate permission when disclosing information confidential to other persons. You shall not disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any actions undertaken by you that are identified with your password.

Our rights

ISB has the right to remove your information from the database and accept or reject at its sole discretion any consultant registering with it. ISB may, in certain circumstances, amend your personal details but will inform you of its intentions in advance. ISB may use your information within the limits of confidentiality placed upon it by you and the data protection legislation applicable at the time. ISB may use personal information provided by you to inform you of other products or services provided by ISB or its partners. All trademarks, copyright, patents and other intellectual rights are the property of ISB and its partners and may not be reproduced, or used without the express written permission of ISB or its partners.

Your rights

You may update or amend the your registration information at any time. Should you wish to communicate with ISB you may e-mail or telephone during office hours.

Our liability

ISB does not guarantee that you will find a contract through the use of this service. Nor does it ensure the nature, validity or conditions of any contract and they are not responsible for the use of your information by agreed trade partners. ISB does not guarantee the availability of the system and cannot be held liable for corruption of your information on the system. ISB does not warrant any of the information or services provided by it or any partners linked with the site. Neither ISB nor its partners warrant the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the system and they are not liable for any loss resulting from use of the system.

Your liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISB and its partners from any liabilities, claims or demands resulting from your use of this system. You acknowledge that your registration information may be made available, subject to the above restrictions, to recruiters and that either recruiters, ISB or its partners may contact you by e-mail or telephone. English Law shall govern this agreement and any disputes arising from the use of these services. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
